BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Rochester man jailed after traffic stop

Jeremy L. Lonnen, 26, of Garland Ave., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and failure to use headlights after a traffic stop on Holland avenue on September 30, 2017.

Lonnen was found to have 8 suspensions on his license.

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,000 cash bail and $2,000 bond bail. Lonnen appeared in City Court yesterday to answer the charge.

 

 

Nicholas M. Canty, 20, of Law Street, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd following an incident where he was allegedly under the influence of drugs on September 30, 2017 at 10:15a.m. on Law street.

Canty was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of bail.

He is scheduled to appear in City Court later today.

 

Barbara E. Ferrando, 46, of Summit St., Batavia, was located at Genesee County Probation and arrested on a Batavia City Court arrest warrant on October 2, 2017.

Ferrando was arraigned in City Court and released. She will re-appear at a later date.
