GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Judge road man charged with assault

Shane K. Logan, 45, of Judge Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with assault 3rd after a domestic incident that occurred on October 1, 2017 on Judge road.

Logan allegedly struck a person in the face with his fist with intent to cause physical injury.

Logan was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Alabama Town Court on October 3, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Jaylyn S. Strong, 22, of Mazda Ter., Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operation without a license, no stop lights, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd after a traffic stop in the Town of Stafford on October 2, 2017.

Strong was allegedly speeding and had no license at all.

Strong was issued traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on October 24, 2017 at 9:00a.m.

Strong also had two warrants out of the City of Batavia Police Department for several other vehicle and traffic violations.

 

 

Renae G. Porter, 37, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting complaint in progress at a department store located at 4170 Veterans Memorial Drive on October 2, 2017.

Porter was located and arrested after allegedly passing all points of purchase without paying for items.

Porter was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 10, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by State Police and the Batavia Police Department.
