A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Tyshawn K. King A/K/A Bullet, A/K/A Jodeci or Jodecee, 24, of Maple Street, Batavia, after allegedly shooting a man twice in the area of Thorpe and Maple street in the City of Batavia on September 20, 2017.
King is charged with attempted murder 2nd , assault 1st and criminal use of a firearm 1st.
King is accused of shooting a man once in the stomach and once in the hand after an altercation involving seven people on Maple street.
The victim was located on Evans street and transported to ECMC by Mercy Flight and is recovering from the injuries.
King is currently in jail without bail.
