Rachel Pearl, 27, and Stacy Balsano, 32, both of Arcade, were arrested following an investigation into a shoplifting incident at Domes Gift Shop in Arcade, NY. on October 5, 2017.
Pearl and Balsano agreed together to steal merchandise from the gift shop.
Pearl stole over $70 worth of merchandise from the store. Balsano intended to steal merchandise, but she put the items back after seeing the owner in the store watching her. Balsano was later found to be in possession of Pearl’s stolen merchandise in Balsano’s vehicle.
Pearl is charged with petit larceny and conspiracy in the sixth degree. Balsano is charged with possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and conspiracy in the sixth degree.
They were both issued appearance tickets and are due in Arcade Court on October 12, 2017.
