Joseph L. Henry, 31, of Chaddock Ave., Hornell, is charged with felony DWI, two previous convictions within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, inadequate exhaust, illegal stickers and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop on Tinkham road in Darien on October 10, 2017.
Henry was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and jailed without bail. He will return to court on October 19, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Guy J. Bontrager, 46, of Werner Rd., Attica, is charged with trespassing near Spring road in the Town of Alexander on October 1, 2017.
Bontrager was allegedly operating a four wheel ATV on leased property without permission causing an inconvenience to deer hunters in the area.
Bontrager was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on October 24, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
