ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT

Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Lisa Tiberio, 48, of Byron, with felony DWI, aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, and operation without an interlock device after a traffic stop on Hinds road in Clarendon on September 24, 2017. Tiberio was remanded to jail on $5,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

 

Deputy Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Denise Kordish, 50, of Medina, with petit larceny after an incident at Wal-Mart in Albion on October 1, 2017. Kordish was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

Deputy Marsceill of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Adam Moyer, 34, of Kent, with DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, and uninspected motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Kendall road in Kendall on October 1, 2017. Moyer was issued an appearance ticket and is to scheduled return to the Town of Kendall Court.

 

Deputy Riemer of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jeremy Munn, 36, of Ridgeway, with criminal contempt 2nd  after an incident on Murdock road in Ridgeway on October 2, 2017. Munn was remanded to the jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

 

Sgt. Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Renee Rivoli, 50, of Rochester with criminal contempt 2nd after an incident on Trinity Drive in Clarendon on October 5, 2017. Rivoli was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

 

Sgt. Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Colton Chappius, 28, of Clarendon with endangering the welfare of a child after an incident on East Lee road in Clarendon on October 7, 2017 . Chappius was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

 

Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Colin Bentley, 21, of Albion, with petit larceny after an incident at Wal-Mart in Albion on October 11, 2017. Bentley was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
