Colin R. Wickings, 24, of Clinton St.Rd., Bergen, is charged with sex abuse 1st after allegedly having sexual contact with a 6 year old victim on September 18, 2017 at 8:00p.m. in Stafford.
Wickings was arraigned in the Town of Stafford Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
He is scheduled to re-appear in Stafford Town Court at a later date.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
The case is being investigated by Youth Officer Tim Wescott and assisted by Deputy Richard Schildwaster.
