Adam J. Kalinousky, 21, of Port Jefferson, NY, was arrested following a traffic complaint on Route 20A in the Town of Warsaw on November 12, 2017.
Kalinousky was stopped for traffic infractions after a civilian complaint of an erratically driven vehicle. Kalinousky was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with DWI, driving with .08% BAC or higher, and no signal.
He was released and scheduled to appear in the Village of Warsaw Court on December 4, 2017 to answer the charges.
