ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Two from Lyndonville facing endangering charges

On October 3, 2017, on North Main Street in Lyndonville, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by Lyndonville PD, charged Kreisandra Colon, 27, of Lyndonville with endangering the welfare of a child. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.

 

On October 31, 2017, on North Main Street in Lyndonville, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by Lyndonville PD, charged Michael McKinney, 27, of Lyndonville with endangering the welfare of a child. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.

 

On October 31, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Rashelle Morley, 30, of Albion with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On October 31, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Victoria Richards, 39, of Albion with criminal trespass 3rd. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On November 3, 2017, on Route 104 in Murray, Sergeant Foeller, assisted by Deputy Papponetti and Deputy Tooley, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Ernest McDonald, 51, of Rochester with unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

 

On November 3, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office. charged Steven Thomas, 50, of Albion with petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On November 4, 2017, on Petersmith Road in Kendall, Deputy Marsceill, assisted by Sergeant Doyle, Investigator Gifaldi, Deputy Papponetti, and Deputy Fox, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Jason Schmeer, 37, of Brockport with grand larceny 4th and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th. He was remanded to the jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

 

On November 5, 2017, on West Kendall Road in Holley, Investigator Gifaldi, assisted by Deputy Fox, charged Laura Lage, 48, of Avon with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWI, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, harassment 2nd, and open container in a vehicle. She was remanded to the jail on $3,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

 

On November 7, 2017, on Route 31 in Albion, Deputy Riemer of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Kylie Piersa, 21, of Brockport with DWI. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On November 11, 2017, on Park Ave in Waterport, Deputy Marsceill, assisted by Deputy Pahuta, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Peyton Rosenbaum, 24, of Waterport with unlawful dealing with a child-alcohol and criminal nuisance. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court.
