The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office investigated the burglary of a residential garage on Cooley Road in the Town of Eagle on November 11, 2017. Several large industrial tools were reported stolen by the victim.
John E. Burau, 29, of Bliss, who resides near the victim’s residence, was charged with grand larceny 3rd, burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 4th and criminal possession of stolen property.
Birau was arraigned in front of Justice Roche in Eagle Town Court and was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
