GENESEE COUNTY/Rochester man arrested on drug indictment warrant during traffic stop on Pearl street

Cory D. Jackson aka “Stacks”, 34, of Oriole St., Rochester, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, for allegedly selling a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two occasions in and around the City of Batavia in August of this year.

Jackson was arrested this afternoon on a sealed Grand Jury Indictment Warrant during a traffic stop on Pearl street.

Jackson was jailed without bail and will be arraigned tomorrow.
