PERRY POLICE REPORT/Perry man wanted on warrant picked up during traffic stop in Livingston County

On Saturday November 25, 2017, John Washburn ,38, of Perry, was arrested after being identified during a traffic stop in Livingston County as having an arrest warrant from the Village of Perry.

Washburn was arraigned in Perry Village Court in front of Honorable Judge Miller on one count of grand larceny, two counts of identity theft 3rd, and two counts of petit larceny.

Washburn was remanded to Wyoming County Jail without bail. He will re-appear in court on December 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
