BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Bethany man charged in domestic incident

Sath P. Dhanda, 37, of Clapsaddle Rd., Bethany, is charged with  criminal mischief and criminal contempt 2nd following a domestic incident on Ellicott street on December 2, 2017.

Dhanda was arraigned in City Court and held on $2,000 cash or bond bail and transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was held.

Dhanda will return to court later today.

 

 

Joshua G. Bachorski, 34, of S. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a complaint at 390 West Main street, Tops Supermarkets.

Bachorski allegedly stole $370.82 worth of items from the store on November 28, 2017.

He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

Bachorski will re-appear in City Court on December 5, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Nancy E. Chatt, 72, of Prestige Crossing, Batavia, is charged with DWI after an erratic driving complaint on November 26, 2017.

Chatt was issued traffic citations and will appear in City Court on December 20, 2017 at 9:00a.m.

 

 

Cody J. Dioguardi, 18, of Shepard Rd., and James E. Porter,66, of Clinton St.Rd., Batavia, were each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on November 22, 2017. Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 5, 2017.

 

Ricky A. Marsceill, 53, of S. Main St., Batavia, was arrested on November 28, 2017 on two bench warrants issued out of City Court for failing to appear in court.

Marsceill was arraigned and held on bail and will appear in City Court later this afternoon.
