ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Brockport man charged with intimidation

On November 18, 2017, on Skyline Circle in Brockport, Deputy Fox, assisted by Deputy Marsceill, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged David Mayne Jr, 31, of Brockport with Intimidation 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Coercion 2nd. He was remanded to the jail on $3,500 bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

On November 20, 2017, on Route 31 in Albion, Deputy Marsceill, assisted by Deputy Hazel, Deputy Reimer and Deputy Barnum of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, and Officers Staines and Mcelhinny of the Albion Police Department, charged Jonathan Soule, 30, of Albion, with Criminal Mischief 3rd, Assault 3rd, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was remanded to the jail on $1,000 cash or $1,000 bond and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On November 23, 2017, on Allen Road in Albion, Deputy Marsceill of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by Officer Mcelhinny of the Albion Police Department, charged Kolin McKain, 21, of Albion, with Theft of Service. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On November 25, 2017, on Marshall Road in Medina, Deputy Marsceill, assisted by Deputy Papponetti, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged William Cornelius, 51, of Elba with Criminal Contempt 2nd and Stalking 4th. He was remanded to the jail on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

On November 28, 2017, at the County Office Building in Albion, Deputy Papponetti, assisted by Deputy Narburgh, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Kelcy Poole, 32, of Rochester, with Harassment 2nd. She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On December 5, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Lynette Way, 30, of Medina, with Petit Larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On December 5, 2017, on Holley Road in Albion, Deputy Fox, assisted by Sgt. Doyle and Deputy Pahuta, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Josiah Sugar, 26, of Albion, with felony Criminal Mischief, Unlawful Imprisonment, and Harassment 2nd. He was remanded to the Jail on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
