On December 13, 2017, Christopher Vasile, 46, of Silver Springs, was arrested by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for DWI after an investigation into a one car motor vehicle accident on South Main Street in Castile.
Vasile allegedly crashed his pickup truck into a utility pole. Vasile is charged with moving from a lane unsafely, refusal of breath screening test, DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18 percent or higher.
Vasile was processed and released, he is to appear in Castile Court in January 2018.
