Jeffery T. Dutton, 26, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after police responded to a Walnut street residence for two males reportedly fighting on December 24, 2017.
Dutton was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 9, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
Lazeuia D. Washington, 40, of State St., Batavia, is charged with trespass after he allegedly responded to the Genesee Country Mall and had previously been barred from going to that location. The incident occurred on December 15, 2017.
Washington was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $250 cash or bond bail. He appeared in City Court on December 18, 2017.
Zachary J. Marrow, 26, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after being arrested on City of Batavia arrest warrants that were issued after Marrow failed to appear in City Court after being served subpoenas.
He was arraigned in City Court and will re-appear on January 3, 2018 at 12:30p.m.
Dexter L. Turner, 26, of Victor Ln., Hamlin, NY, was arrested on two bench warrants out of City Court on December 20, 2017.
Turner was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond bail.
He is due back in court on January 3, 2018.
David C. Wojkowski, 33, of Swan St., Batavia, was arrested December 24, 2017 on a bench warrant issued out of City Court after he failed to appear on vehicle and traffic charges from January 2016.
He was arraigned in City Court and released to appear on a later date.
Daniel J. Horner, 37, no permanent address, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court on December 23, 2017.
Horner had an arrest warrant for failing to appear in court after being served an appearance ticket.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will return to City Court on January 3, 2018 at 9:00a.m.
