WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Castile teens charged in underage drinking party in Arcade and Bliss man threatens to shoot deputies after a domestic incident

Two teenage males were arrested in the Town of Arcade after supplying alcohol for an underage drinking party.

Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a disorderly conduct complaint on Michigan Road in the Town or Arcade on December 28, 2017. When deputies arrived they located an unconscious female who had been lying in a snowbank. Further investigation into the circumstances leading to the underage female’s intoxicated condition led to the discovery of an underage drinking party at 6070 Michigan Road.

Dylan J. Clark, 18, and Clayton D. Evans, 19, both of Castile, were determined to have supplied liquor and beer to three seventeen year old females. Both Clark and Evans were arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child 1st.

They were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Arcade Court at a later date to answer the charges.

 

 

Alec E. Neamon, 19, of Younger Rd, Bliss, is facing multiple felony charges following a domestic incident on Younger Road in the Town of Eagle on December 27, 2017.

Neamon allegedly destroyed items throughout his residence during a domestic dispute before fleeing on foot prior to police arrival. Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived and were investigating the incident when Neamon returned to the residence.

Neamon challenged deputies outside in the driveway and threatened to shoot the deputies upon his return. He then fled on foot.

During the foot pursuit, Neamon pulled a black item out of his pocket and used it to simulate holding a handgun. Neamon took a shooting stance and pointed the black item at officers at which time a Taser was utilized on Neamon. Neamon fought with deputies, but was taken into custody.

Neamon is charged with menacing a police officer, a class D felony, criminal mischief 3rd, a class E felony, and resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor. Neamon was arraigned in Eagle Town Court where bail was set in the amount of $10,000.00 cash or $20,000.00 bond. He is scheduled for further proceedings in Eagle Town Court on March 12, 2018.
