ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Albion man arrested on three warrants, Quiros jailed without bail on burglary and attempted kidnapping charge

On December 26, 2017, at the Town of Murray Court, Deputy Papponetti assisted by Deputy Barnum, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Frederick Faro Jr, 40, of Albion, on a bench warrant for failure to appear. Faro was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.

On December 27, 2017, at the Orleans County Jail, Deputy Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Frederick Faro, 40, of Albion, on an arrest warrant on the charge of criminal possession of a weapon. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On December 27, 2017, at the Orleans County Jail, Deputy Stirk of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department arrested Frederick Faro Jr, 40, of Albion, on an arrest warrant for falsely reporting an incident. He was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.

On December 27, 2017, at the Public Safety Building in Albion, Deputy Papponetti of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Kolin McKain, 21, of Albion, with Violation of Probation. He was remanded to the Jail and is scheduled to return to County Court at a later date.

On January 1, 2018, on East Lee Road in Holley, Deputy Marsceill assisted by Deputy Hazel, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Joshua Baptiste, 21, of Gasport, NY with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.

On January 1, 2018, on Roosevelt Highway in Carlton, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department assisted by the New York State Troopers, charged Gerardo Quiros, 31, of Medina, with burglary 2nd, attempted kidnapping 2nd and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Jail without bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.

On January 2, 2018, on North Main Street in Lyndonville, Sergeant Doyle of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Melissa Deskins, 25, of Lyndonville, with assault 3rd. She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.

On January 2, 2018, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh, assisted by Deputy Tooley and Deputy Papponetti, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged William Kelly, 24, of Farmington, NY, with petit larceny. He was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

January 2, 2018, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh, assisted by Deputy Tooley and Deputy Papponetti, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Loribeth Enos, 28 of Canandaigua, NY, with petit larceny. She was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On January 6, 2018, on Route 31A in Clarendon, Sergeant Foeller, assisted by Deputy Narburgh, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Sean Sanders, 37, of Williamson, NY, with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd (Alcohol Suspension), aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, unlawful possession of marihuana, and speed not reasonable and prudent. He was remanded to the Jail on $1500 cash, or $1500 bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.

On January 7, 2018, on Slade Road in Ridgeway, Sergeant Doyle assisted by Deputy Tooley, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Dino Callara, 50, of Medina, with grand Larceny 4th. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
