BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Buffalo man charged with robbery in domestic incident on Bank street

Francisco Martinez, 44, of Bridgeman St., Buffalo, is charged with robbery 3rd, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana after a domestic incident at a Bank street residence on January 11, 2018.

Martinez was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with another person and stole property from them.

He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail where he was held without bail.

Martinez re-appeared in court on January 12, 2018.

 

 

Jeffrey D. Freeman, 37, of S. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after police responded to Denny’s for a disturbance call on January 14, 2018 at 3:49 a.m.

Freeman allegedly threw a plate at a female.

Freeman was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 23, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Matthew J. Vickers, 38, of Court Rd., Pavilion, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, failure to keep right and speed not reasonable and prudent after an traffic accident at 2 West Main street on January 6, 2018.

Vickers allegedly passed a vehicle on West Main street and then traveled into the median and struck a tree.

He was released to a sober third party and will appear in City Court on January 24, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

 

 

Winston A. Lockhart Sr., 22, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 after a domestic incident on Holland avenue on January 7, 2018.

Lockhart left the scene prior to police arrival, but was located at a later time and arrested and arraigned in City Court.

He was released on recognizance and re-appeared in court on January 10, 2018.

 

 

Douglas A. Curry, 66, of Grand Ave., Rochester, was arrested on an arrest warrant stemming from an incident where Curry allegedly violated a court order of protection and was charged with criminal contempt 2nd.

Curry was arraigned in City Court and released. He appeared in City Court on January 11, 2018.
