GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Rochester man jailed after traffic stop in Stafford

James C. Presley, 35, of Frances St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, no tail lamps and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop in Stafford on Clinton street on January 17, 2018.

Presley was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended on 3 or more dates for failure to appear, pay a fine and answer a summons.

The vehicle that Presely was operating allegedly had no tail lamps and the driver’s view was obstructed.

Presley was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and jailed in lieu of $250 cash and $2500 bond bail.

He will re-appear in court on February 8, 2018 at 6:00p.m.

 

 

Cody L. Pahuta, 26, of Meadowbrook Dr., Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and speeding in excess of 55mph on Genesee street in Pembroke on January 20, 2018

Pahuta was processed at the jail and issued appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on February 27, 2018.

 

Michelle M. Kawa, 55, of Colby Rd., Darien, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to dim headlights after a traffic stop on Colby road in Darien on January 20, 2018.

Kawa was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on March 20, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
