On January 13, 2018, on Kent Road in Carlton, Deputy Tooley assisted by Deputy Cole of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Karl Schmitt, 49, of Kent, with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, possession of marihuana, and several traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.
On January 15, 2018, on Fourth Section Road in Clarendon, Deputy Fox assisted by Deputy Papponetti of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Thomas McGill, 47, of Rochester, with felony DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, and several traffic violations. He was remanded to the Jail without bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
On January 16, 2018, on Sunset Drive in Holley, Deputy Pahuta assisted by Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Jacob Bailey, 21, of Holley, with harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
At the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Madison Wickham, 19, of Medina, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
