PRESS RELEASE
On January 22, 2018, the Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) out of SP Batavia arrested Anthony L. Miraglia, 18, of Byron, NY, for Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree (A Misdemeanor), Forcible Touching (A Misdemeanor), Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Sexual Abuse 3rd degree (B Misdemeanor).
This investigation ranges from multiple incidents in Genesee County from May 2016 through July 2017 while the victims, who were known to Miraglia, ranged from ages 15 to 17 at the time.
Miraglia was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Bergen court and released on his own recognizes and ordered to return in February 2018.
