BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man charged after driving to probation office on revoked license

Brad L. Ohlson, 40, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd after allegedly operating a motor vehicle on a revoked license. Ohlson allegedly drove himself to the the Genesee County Probation Office at 15 Main street on January 24, 2017.

Ohlson has three or more open suspensions/revocations on three separate dates.

A probation officer allegedly observed him driving.

He will appear in City Court on January 30, 2018 to answer the charge.

 

 

David P. Grossman Sr., 34, of State St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on October 31, 2017.

Grossman was arrested January 24, 2018 and arraigned in City Court, then jailed in lieu of bail.

He will re-appear in court today.

 

 

Matthew Ian Thomas Diers, 34, of W. Main St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant January 23, 2018, for failing to appear in City Court at an earlier date.

Diers was arraigned in City Court and released.

He will return to court on January 26, 2018 at 1:30p.m.
