PERRY POLICE REPORT/Warsaw man arrested after stalking his ex

On January 23, 2018 in the Village of Perry, officers investigated a harassment complaint that had been ongoing. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Nathanael Parkhurst, 29, of Warsaw, New York, on January 24, 2018, for aggravated harassment 2nd  and stalking 4th.

Parkhurst had been allegedly harassing and stalking an ex-girlfriend on several occasions.

Parkhurst was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Bogart and bail was set at $1000 cash or $2000 bond. Parkhurst was transported to Wyoming County Jail. He is set to appear in Perry Village Court on January 30th, 2018 at 3:30p.m. to answer the charges.

 

 

On January 21, 2018, about 1:21a.m.in the Village of Perry, Officer Spink conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle that had an expired inspection. Upon further investigation, it was found that the driver of the vehicle, Corey Comstock, 29, of Perry, New York, was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Officer Spink placed Comstock under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd. Comstock was issued a uniform traffic ticket for the uninspected motor vehicle and released on his own recognizance. Comstock is to appear in Perry Village Court on February 6th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
