Michael R. Kiener, 30, of Perrysburg, was arrested following a suspicious person complaint on Griffith Road in the Town of Pike on January 22, 2018.
Kiener was parked on the roadway and explained to the responding deputies that he was en route to meet someone and ran out of gas at 1:30 a.m. Kiener subsequently failed field sobriety tests and he was arrested for DWAI/ drugs.
Kiener was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where he was evaluated by a Wyoming County Sheriff’s Drug Recognition Expert. He was determined to be impaired by a combination of drugs. Kiener is charged with DWAI/drugs and Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol and Drugs-Combined.
Kiener was arraigned in the Pike Town Court and held on $500.00 cash bail.
