GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Corfu man charged after striking a parked vehicle

Richard H. Wahl Jr., 51, of W. Main St., Corfu, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and no seat belt/driver after a motor vehicle accident in the Village of Corfu at 27 W. Main street at 8:43p.m on January 21, 2018.

According to a witness, Wahl struck a parked vehicle and was allegedly found to be driving the vehicle while intoxicated.

He was arrested and issued traffic summons and will appear in the Village of Corfu Court on February 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

Kirk A. Breemes, 29, of Main Rd., LeRoy, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following a domestic incident in LeRoy on January 25, 2018.

Breemes allegedly shook a woman he was ordered to stay away from in an order of protection, causing the woman to feel afraid.

Breemes was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and jailed on $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail.

 

 

Louis Warren, 64, of W. Broad St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and speeding in a zone, 52/35, after a traffic stop on Rt. 77 in Corfu on January 19, 2018.

Warren was found to have 27 suspensions, 23 on 10 dates.

He was arraigned in Corfu Village Court and ordered to return to court on February 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Timothy J. Montesano, 30, of Gilbert St., LeRoy, is charged with DWAI/drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, muffler exhaust violation and failure to stop at a stop sign after a traffic stop on Rt. 5 in Batavia on January 25, 2018 for observed vehicle and traffic violations.

Montesano was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets.

He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 13, 2018.
