LeRoy Police Report/Man eats sandwich without paying for it

24 year old Randy J. Heslor of 3991 Pearl Street Road Batavia, was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on January 23, 2018 and charged with one count of Petit Larceny, a class A-Misdemeanor.

It is alleged that Heslor entered a store on West Main Street in LeRoy and opened and ate a deli sandwich, then disposed of the package and left the store without paying for the sandwich.

Heslor was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the LeRoy Town Court at a later date.

38 year old Robert T. Hoffman of 45 Gilbert Street, LeRoy, was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on 01/29/2018 after the Police responded to a domestic incident at that location.

It is alleged that Hoffman, during the incident, pushed a family member inside the household then physically stopped the member from using the phone to call the police. Hoffman was charged with one count of the A-Misdemeanor of Criminal Mischief 4th and three counts of the A-Misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Hoffman was arraigned before the hon. D. Sehm of the LeRoy Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of bail.
