Jennifer S. Davis, 38, Webber Ave., Oakfield, is charged with DWI, speed not reasonable and prudent and uninspected motor vehicle after an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Downey road in the Town of Batavia on February 1, 2018.
Davis was allegedly operating her vehicle while she was intoxicated by alcohol and failed to use speed that was reasonable and prudent. Davis’ inspection was also allegedly expired.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 19, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Michelle A. Condidorio, 36, of South St., LeRoy, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, felony aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Telephone road in Alexander on February 3, 2018 at 2:01 a.m.
Condidorio was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on March 6, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
Stephen M. Milroy, 23, of Creek Rd., Pavilion, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, failure to keep right and failure to notify DMV of address change after a traffic stop on Rt. 20 in the Town of Alexander on February 3, 2018.
Milroy’s vehicle was stopped for allegedly failing to keep right.
Milroy was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Alexander Town Court on February 27, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
Richard JM Button, 27, of Heritage Estates, Albion, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the Town of Alabama on Judge road on February 1, 2018.
Button allegedly possessed an amount of marijuana as well as smoking paraphernalia.
Button was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on February 27, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
