BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Rochester man jailed without bail after disturbance

Torrence C. Greene, 27, of Wearing Rd., Rochester, is charged with criminal  possession of a controlled substance 3rd with intent to sell and criminal possession of controlled substance 3rd/ a narcotic, following the investigation into a disturbance at a Walnut street address at 1:09 p.m. February 2, 2018.

Greene was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.

 

 

Triton A. Drock, 23, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd for failing to be a witness for Grand Jury after being legally served on January 30, 2018.

Drock was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 cash or bond bail.

 

 

A 17 year old of Ellicott street, Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of City Court on September 9, 2017 after an incident at Tops, 390 West Main street. The 17 year old was arrested on February 1, 2018. The teen was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $5,000 cash or bond bail and re-appeared in court on February 2, 2018.

 

Christopher S. Bump, 23, of Briarwood Dr., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of City Court on January 24, 2018. Bump was arrested on February 1, 2018.

Bump was arraigned in City Court and held at the Genesee County Jail.
