GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Greece man charged after girlfriend locks him outside

Armando L. Carrion-Rojas, 23, of McCall Rd., Greece, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th following a domestic incident with his girlfriend on Main road in LeRoy on February 5, 2018.

Rojas’ girlfriend locked him outside during the incident and he allegedly broke the driver’s side mirror off his girlfriend’s vehicle.

Rojas also allegedly damaged the door frame to the residence when he discovered it was locked.

Rojas was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and was jailed on $500 cash bail or $4,000 bond bail.

He will re-appear in court on March 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Joseph T. Misiak Jr., 62,  of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly threatening and alarming a member of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office via telephone. Misiak left a voicemail threatening violence against the Sheriff’s Office member.

The incident occurred on January 16, 2018 and Misiak Jr. was arrested on February 4, 2018.

Misiak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 22, 2018 at 9:30a.m.

 

 

Nicholas G. Schafer, 19, of Broadway Rd., Darien, is charged with DWI, operating a vehicle impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired combined influence of drugs and parking on a highway after the Genesee County Dispatch Center received a call about a person passed out at the wheel of a vehicle on Batavia Elba Townline road in Elba on June 30, 2017 at 4:17p.m.

Schafer will appear in Elba Town Court on March 21, 2018 at 6:00p.m. to answer the charges.

 

 

Jacob J. Bukowski, 30, of E. Park St., Albion, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after being found with a quantity of marijuana on Judge road in the Town of Alabama on February 3, 2018.

Bukowski was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on February 21, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
