GENESEE COUNTY/Indictments

On January 31, 2018, the Grand Jury indicted Isaac C. King on the charge of assault 2nd, a class D felony, after being accused of causing physical injury to another person at the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main street on July 31, 2017. King was confined to the jail at the time of the incident as he was charged with or convicted of a crime.

In count two of the indictment, King is accused of grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, after stealing property from another person on July 31, 2017 at 14 West Main street, the Genesee County Jail.

 

 

The Grand Jury has indicted Samuel R. Baudanza, accusing him of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony. On August 22, 2017, in the Town of Pavilion, Baudanza knowingly and unlawfully possessed a narcotic drug with intent to sell it.

 

 

On January 30, 2018, the Grand Jury indicted Jaomi Delgado, accusing Delgado of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony.

On December 20, 2017, in the City of Batavia, Delgado knowingly and unlawfully possessed a narcotic drug, cocaine, wit intent to sell it.

In count two of the indictment, Delgado is accused of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony. On December 20, 2017, Delgado, while in the City Of Batavia, knowingly and unlawfully possessed one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances containing a narcotic drug, cocaine, and preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances were of an aggregate weight of one-half ounce or more.

In count three of the indictment, Delgado is accused of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony.

On December 20, 2017, while in the City of Batavia, Delgado knowingly and unlawfully sold a narcotic drug, cocaine.
