Kevin A. Rivera, 23, of Batavia Stafford Townline Road, Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly breaking a window in the College Village dorm rooms at 8170 Batavia Stafford Townline road on February 5, 2018.
Rivera was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will re-appear at a later date.
Paul D. Fields Jr., 48, of Pearl St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, DWI, and moving from a lane unsafely following a police investigation into a single vehicle motor vehicle accident on Indian Falls road in Pembroke on February 7, 2018 at 10:46p.m.
Fields Jr. was allegedly traveling at an unreasonable speed for the road conditions. Fields was also operating a vehicle with a revoked license and failed to provide a pre-screen breath test.
Fields Jr. was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on March 27, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
