GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Perry man charged with assault after incidnet in Byron

Nicholas J. Stefaniak, 36, of Westview Dr., Perry, is charged with assault 2nd and criminal mischief 4th after an investigation into a disturbance at the Byron Hotel, 6874 Byron Holley road in Byron on February 8, 2018.

Stefaniak allegedly assaulted another person causing serious physical injury.

Stefaniak also allegedly damaged the property of the same person.

He was arraigned in the Town of Stafford Court on February 9, 2018 and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond bail.

Stefaniak will appear in the Town of Byron Court on February 19, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

 

 

Andrew C. McGiveron,, 29, of Walkers Corners Rd., Byron, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a glass pipe and a small quantity of marijuana in the vehicle he was operating on Clinton street road in Stafford on February 2, 2018.

McGiveron was stopped for allegedly having his front license plate obstructed and he was operating on a restricted license.

McGiveron was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on February 21, 2018.

 

 

Timothy J. Hodgins, 32, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and no/inadequate headlamps after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Batavia on February 8, 2018.

Hodgins was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
