GENESEE COUNTY/Indictments

A Genesee County Grand Jury indicted Leaha R. Wimmer on the charge of criminal possession of stolen property 4th, a class E felony, and accuses her of knowingly possessing stolen property, a Bank of America Visa debit card in the name of someone else.

On September 17, 2017, Wimmer allegedly was at the Rite Aid store on 153 Prospect avenue in the Village of Attica and did knowingly possess the card with intent to benefit herself or a person other than an owner of the card.

In count two of the indictment, Wimmer is accused of the crime of forgery 2nd, a class D felony.

On September 17, 2017, Wimmer was at the Rite Aid store on 153 Prospect avenue in the Village of Attica and intended to defraud, deceive or injure another and falsely made, completed or altered a written instrument which was purported to be or which was calculated to become or to represent if completed, a deed, will, codicil, contract, assignment, commercial instrument, credit card or other instrument which did or may evidence, create transfer, terminate or otherwise affect a legal right, interest, obligation or status, Wimmer signed two debit/credit card receipts in the name of someone else, in the amounts of $186.95 and $105.95.

 

 

A Genesee County Grand Jury indicted Beau T. Bressler and accuses him of the charge of driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs or of alcohol and any drug or drugs, as a class D felony.

On October 29, 2017, in the Town of LeRoy, Bressler did operate a motor vehicle, a 2006 Pontiac, on Rt. 5, while his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by the combined influence of drugs or alcohol and any drug or drugs.

In count two, Bressler is accused of the crime of circumvention of an interlock device, in violation of vehicle and traffic law, a class A misdemeanor, On October 29, 2017, while in the Town of LeRoy, while subject to a court ordered ignition interlock device, Bressler did operate a 2006 Pontiac which was not equipped with an ignition interlock device.

In count three, Bressler is accused of the crime of  aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a class E felony.

On October 29, 2017, while in the Town of  LeRoy on Rt. 5, did operate a 2006 Pontiac, knowing that his license privilege of operating such vehicle was suspended, revoked or otherwise withdrawn by the commissioner and at the time of such operation, was operating under the influence of alcohol or a drug in violation of vehicle and traffic law.
