BATAVIA/Drug arrests made in traffic stop during NET Detail

During the Neighborhood Enforcement Team detail last night, a traffic stop was conducted for vehicle and traffic violations which yielded two drug arrests.

Germayne D. Sessions, 25, of Cummings St, Rochester, NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (intent to sell), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Promoting Prison Contraband 1st, Falsifying Business Records 1st, Criminal Impersonation 2nd, Driving Without a License, and a License Plate Violation. Session was found in possession of crack cocaine and marihuana. Sessions was transported to the Jail where he was found to be in possession of 9 bags of heroin. The other charges stem from Sessions giving a false name.

Shakerra B. Walker, 18, of North Goodman St, Rochester, NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (intent to sell). Walker was found to be in possession of 35 individually packaged bags of crack cocaine.

Both Sessions and Walker were remanded to the Genesee County Jail with no bail set.

The stop was conducted by members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, the Batavia Police Department and the Genesee County Drug Task Force.
