A car drove into the LeRoy Burger King Thursday morning about 7:45a.m.
The LeRoy Police Department says the female driver was pulling into a parking spot when she hit the gas instead of the brake, forcing the car over the curb and into the brick building, breaking some glass windows.
The driver of the car was not injured in the accident.
Code Enforcement responded to the scene and confirmed the building was structurally sound according to LeRoy Police.
The car was not badly damaged.
Workers cleaned up the area inside and the store remained open for business.
