Jason Hedges, 41, of Castile, was arrested for DWI(misdemeanor), moving from a lane unsafely, and no seat belt following a motor vehicle accident on Route 39 in the Town of Pike on December 24, 2016.
Hedges vehicle left the roadway and struck a cement culvert.
Hedges was ejected from the vehicle and sustained minor injuries. Following the investigation, Hedges was found to be driving while intoxicated.
He was released on appearance tickets, and he is to appear in the Pike Town Court on January 9, 2017.
Pike Fire Department assisted at the scene.
Kevin Casey, 24, of Warsaw, was arrested for DWI (misdemeanor), driving with a BAC of .08% or more (misdemeanor), and speed above 55 MPH following a traffic stop on Perry Road in the Town of Sheldon on December 24, 2016.
Casey was stopped for speeding 83 MPH in a 55 MPH speed zone.
He failed roadside sobriety testing and was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He submitted to a breath test which showed his BAC was above the legal limit of 0.08%.
Casey was issued appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court on January 3, 2017.
