Angela J. Bombard, 55, of Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and driving left of pavement markings in a no passing zone on Rt. 19 in the Village of LeRoy on January 1, 2017.
Bombard was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the LeRoy Village Court on January 23, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Justin A. Siegmyer, 20, of Baxter St., Buffalo, is charged with possession of open container in a motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana after the check of a vehicle parked roadside on Prole road in Stafford on January 1, 2017 at 1:24a.m.
Siegmyer was issued an appearance ticket on the possession of marijuana charged and uniform traffic tickets on the other charges.
He will appear in Stafford Town Court on January 31, 2017 at 9:00a.m.
