Catlin M. Pierce, 20, of Syracuse, NY, is charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop on Market street on January 3, 2017.
Pierce was found to have a suspended registration for insurance not in effect and had a suspended driver’s license for failure to pay fines in the Village of Attica and the Town of Stafford.
During a search of the vehicle, marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia were found inside the vehicle.
Pierce was arraigned in Attica Village Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail. Her next court appearance is scheduled for February 6, 2017 at 10 a.m.
