BATAVIA/Police looking for Niagara Falls man with a long violent history in Key Bank robbery

The Batavia Police Department is looking to question Joel Zsebehazy, in reference to the Key Bank Robbery which occurred on December 27, 2016 at approximately 10:10 AM.

Zsebehazy is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds with brown eyes. His last known address was 1570 Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls.

Zsebehazy is also wanted by NYS Parole for a violation of his parole. Crimestoppers Buffalo is offering up to a $1000.00 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Zsebehazy has a violent, assaultive history, and should be considered armed and dangerous.

In 2012, Zsebehazy stabbed and punched a customer in a drug sale, in 2014 he was kicked out of 3 treatment centers.

In one center he was kicked out for promoting white supremacy beliefs, in a second treatment center he smoked pot three times.

In the third treatment center he had sex with a female patient.

In August of 2015 he was taken into custody after robbing the M&T Bank on Main street in Niagara Falls.

Zsebehazy is a Afghan war veteran with PTSD.
