Joshua M. Laureano, 26, of Cumberland Ave., Buffalo, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and unsafe tires after a traffic stop on 1192 Bloomingdale road in Alabama on January 14, 2017.
Laureano was found to allegedly be in possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle on a suspended driver’s license.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on February 21, 2017
Jennifer L. Greck, 47, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly damaging a motel room door at 4036 West Main street road on January 14, 2017.
Greck was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
