Andrew L. Kosiorek, 44, homeless, of Batavia, was arrested yesterday, January 17, 2017, and charged with 2 counts of burglary 2nd following an investigation into two burglaries that occurred at 12 Ellicott street, Rancho Viejo Restaurant, in the overnight hours of January 14, 2017.
Kosiorek burglarized the business once and then returned a couple of hours later and burglarized it again.
Kosiorek was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.
He will return to court later this afternoon.
