Taylor M. Miley, 20, of Heidt Ave., Middletown, NY, is charged with harassment after allegedly threatening another person while at Genesee Community College at 1 College road in Batavia on February 8, 2017.
Miley was arraigned in the Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance and will appear in Town Court on March 14, 2017 at 1:30p.m.
Jarvis D. Seymore, 33, of Michigan St., Rochester, NY, is charged with speeding/over state limit of 55mph, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operator and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the area of 6735 Clinton street road in the Town of Stafford on February 13, 2107.
Seymore was released on an appearance ticket and issued traffic tickets.
He will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on March 6, 2017 at 9:00a.m.
