Osvaldo Deleonsis, 31, of Alexandria, VA and Lester G. Ramirez Perez, 22, of Falls Church, VA, were both arrested on Rt. 20A in the Village of Warsaw and charged with federal improper entry/alien.
Both men were released to a 3rd party.

Brionnah Raglan, 21, of Medina, was arrested on February 21, 2017 at a residence on Rt. 31 in Albion and charged with conspiracy 5th, criminal mischief/intent to damage property, and grand larceny 3rd, a felony.
Devon Robinson, 22, of Rochester, was arrested on February 21, 2017 at a residence on Fitzhugh street in Rochester and charged with conspiracy 5th, criminal mischief/intent to damage property, and grand larceny 3rd, a felony. Robinson was ordered to be held.
Jade E. Fayko, 20, of Albion, was arrested on February 22, 2017 at a residence on on Rt. 31 in Albion and charged with conspiracy 5th, criminal mischief/intent to damage property and grand larceny 3rd, a felony.
She was released on recognizance.
Wendy Barczak-Gomez, 45, of Brockport, was arrested on February 22, 2107 in Holley and charged with welfare fraud 3rd, a class D felony and 2 counts of offering to file a false instrument 1st, a class E felony.
Barczak-Gomez was issued an appearance ticket.
Renee D. Kock, 53, of Rt. 31, Albion was charged with welfare fraud 5th on February 22, 2017.
Kock was issued an appearance ticket.
Kamaljot Kaur, 24, of Coram, NY, was arrested on February 23, 2017 at a residence on Rt. 31 in Albion and charged with conspiracy 4th, a class E felony, prison contraband, a class D felony and criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony.
Pablo Sanes, 37, of Albion was arrested on February 22, 2017 and charged with possession of prison contraband 1st and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd(prior conviction), both class D felonies after an incident on September 26, 2016.
Sanes was ordered held.
Andrew J. Mott, 28, of Marcy, NY, was arrested on February 22, 2017 and charged with possession of prison contraband 1st and criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th after a December 1, 2016 incident.
Shaquor A. Smith, 23, of Attica, was arrested on February 22, 2017 and charged with violation of public health laws, possession of prison contraband 1st, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of child after a November 29, 2016 incident.
Smith was ordered to be held.
Wesley Kirkland, 27, of Stormville, NY, was arrested on February 22, 2017 and charged with felony assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, possession of prison contraband 1st and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd after a December 20, 2016 incident.
Kirkland was ordered to be held.
