Nicholas A. Esposito, 31, of North St. Rd., LeRoy is charged with criminal mischief 3rd, menacing and harassment 2nd after a fight in the parking lot of Wal-mart on February 24, 2017.
Esposito allegedly intentionally damaged the property of another person exceeding $250.00.
He also allegedly then struck the owner of the vehicle that was damaged with a closed fist, placing a female passenger in fear of physical injury during the incident.
Esposito was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 27, 2017.
Douglas E. Artman Jr., 26, of Alleghany Rd., Darien, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speed in excess of 55 mph after a traffic stop on Alleghany road in Darien on February 23, 2017.
Artman Jr. was allegedly found to be in possession of a marijuana smoking pipe containing marijuana.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on March 21, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
