Cassy Drury, 23, of Myrtle Street, LeRoy was arrested on February 23, 2017 by the LeRoy Police and charged with two counts of rape 3rd, a class E felony.
It is alleged that between January 16, 2017 and February 20, 2017, Drury, being over the age of 21, did have sexual intercourse with a person under 17 years of age.
Drury was arraigned before the LeRoy Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Drury was also charged with two counts of aggravated harassment 2nd and one count of stalking 3rd, class A misdemeanors.
It is alleged that between January 16, 2017 and February 1, 2017, Drury, along with two uncharged co-conspirators, did with intent to harass, annoy or alarm the victim, intentionally engaged in a course of conduct, directed at the victim or a family member, which was likely to cause the victim to reasonably fear physical injury or serious physical injury.
This course of conduct consisted of multiple different acts including the placing of underwear on the victim’s apartment door, writing on the victims door and placing multiple annoying and concerning texts.
Drury was arraigned before the LeRoy Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Tomy Lee Velasquez, 24, of Fisher Road, Warsaw, was arrested by the LeRoy Police on February 20, 2017 and charged with one count of obstructing governmental administration 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, false personation, a class B misdemeanor, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, use of a rental vehicle without an interlock device and loud muffler.
It is alleged that during a traffic stop for a loud muffler, Velasquez intentionally gave false information as to his identity to the LeRoy Police to hide the fact that his license was suspended due to a previous DWI conviction.
Velasquez was issued numerous vehicle and traffic tickets along with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges LeRoy Court on March 20, 2017.
