On February 26, 2017, Officer Ferry of the Perry Police Department performed a vehicle and traffic stop on a vehicle on the Village of Perry.
The vehicle was pulled over for speeding.
During the investigation, an odor of alcoholic beverage was coming from the vehicle.
Kaija Wadsworth, no age provided, of Pittsford was asked to exit the vehicle and perform field sobriety tests, but refused to blow into a pre- screen device.
Wadsworth failed sobriety tests and was then arrested for DWI.
A chemical test was administered at the Warsaw Police Department which resulted in a BAC of .09%.
Wadsworth was processed and released and is due back in Perry Village Court on March 14, 2017.
