Rachel A. Baehr, 30, of Linwood Rd., LeRoy, is charged with assault 3rd after a domestic incident that occurred on Linwood road in the Town of LeRoy on March 15, 2017.
Baehr allegedly bit another person’s face causing them to bleed.
Baehr was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and will re-appear in court on April 20, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Richard D. McKague Jr., 26, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 4th for allegedly possessing a Kung Fu Star during a probation home check on March 14, 2017.
McKague was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
