A Batavia woman was arrested outside of Wal-mart on Lewiston road on March 24, 2017 on an outstanding arrest warrant out of the City of Batavia.
During the arrest, Nikayla Cheyenne Lee Jackson, 19, of Slusser Rd., Batavia, became abusive and disorderly and then physically struggled to get free and was not complying with the officer’s commands.
Once placed in the patrol car of Sgt. Ronald Meides with the Sheriff’s Office, Jackson started to kick the rear passenger door screen and the plexiglass cage. She then used her forehead several times to strike the cage as well.
No damage was done to the patrol car.
Jackson was arraigned in the Batavia Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
