Tracy Lynn Miller, 32, of S. Lake Rd., Pembroke, was arrested after being picked up at the Erie County Holding Center in Buffalo on a bench warrant for failure to appear in County Court on March 22, 2017.
Miller was indicted by the Grand Jury of Genesee County on a grand larceny 4th charge/credit card.
Miller was arraigned in County Court on March 30, 2017 and is being held on $10,000 cash/bond bail.
Kendra Q. Thomas, 29, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration on September 1, 2016 after a traffic stop on March 28, 2017.
Thomas was arraigned in City Court and will return to court at a later date.
Jeffery L. Tennity, 52, of Keeney Rd., LeRoy, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an investigation and complaint on North road in Elba on March 30, 2017.
Tennity was allegedly in possession of marijuana.
